From the beginning we have felt, first and foremost, as winegrowers. In our work in the vineyards we have always aspired to obtain the best fruit, the greatest reward: high quality grapes that would support our subsequent work in the winery. Respect for our environment, for our nature, has been from the very beginning, a priority objective and an inalienable vocation. Therefore, we have minimized the use of exclusively natural and organic fertilizers, dispensing with herbicides and using phytosanitary products that respect the environment and are adapted to organic agriculture.
