A mountain Tempranillo, aged for months in barrels and rested in the bottle until it reaches an extraordinary balance. A wine with history, character and memory of the vineyard, ideal for those who value depth, elegance and persistence.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red colour with brick-red hues, the result of its long ageing. The nose reveals a complex and elegant palette: ripe fruit (plum, blackberry, blackcurrant), balsamic notes, cocoa, sweet spices (vanilla, clove) and a mineral background. Slight hints of leather and tobacco are reminiscent of its evolution in the bottle.
On the palate, it is energetic and silky, with a firm but pleasant structure, round and well-polished tannins, good acidity and a long, warm and persistent finish. It is full-bodied, with volume and complexity, and an aftertaste reminiscent of ripe fruit and hints of ageing.
Food pairing
Ideal with grilled or stewed red meats, roast lamb, seasonal stews, strong mature cheeses, vegetable dishes with sausages or autumn mushrooms.
Serving temperature: 16º–18ºC — ideal to decant about 20–30 minutes before serving.
